Rent for All

To rent a car with driver, you can order directly at "car with driver". If you want to rent key-off car, your account must be verified first. To verify, you must complete your ID card, driving license, and selfie with ID which you can upload directly through the application.

You can cancel your car rental at any time, but for refund will be adjusted to the policies and rules from the owner. Refunds will be returned directly by Movic in a maximum of 7 working days.

To contact the rental where you rent, you can use the chat with owner feature in the application. Make sure you contact the owner first before making a booking so that the owner can ensure the availability of the car you are going to rent.

Each owner has policies and rules that apply to their respective rentals, to be able to view "Rental Rules" you can view on the "rental car" page.

You can immediately apply for a rental extension by contacting the owner, without having to apply for an extension in the application. For rental extension fees, you can pay directly to the owner according to the agreement
