The owner can replace his vehicle from the initial order with the same or better type of vehicle. However, if the owner is forced to replace the vehicle with a lower type, the owner must recalculate the rental price and refund the excess cost to the customer directly during the vehicle handover process. The replacement of the vehicle must be informed in advance to the customer so that the customer does not complain when receiving the vehicle.

You can charge additional fees for late return of the vehicle by the customer. The amount of additional costs according to the policies of each Owner. These additional costs can be given directly from the customer to the owner without going through Movic intermediaries.

Place of drop off or return of rental vehicles in accordance with the agreement between the owner and the customer. The owner can also set the location of the pickup and return point of the vehicle. If the customer asks for a vehicle to be delivered at the location he specified, the owner can charge an additional fee according to the delivery distance.

To maintain transaction security, customer rental payments will be entered into Movic's account first. Then payments to the Owner will be made maximum 7 working says after the rental period is complete from Movic's account to Owner's account.
