Moda Hub is a platform that connects between customers and logistic service providers that provide a wide choice of services according to customer needs

To register as a personal shipper, you need to enter information in the form of your full name, phone number, and email. Meanwhile, to register as a company shipper, additional information is required in the form of company name, company location, photo of NPWP and photo of SIUP.

In the order process, the shipper needs to make an order with information in the form of pick up & drop off locations, type of car, and special handling & add ons (optional).

Yes, every order that occurs in Moda Hub will have insurance.

You can recruit external drivers when you offer orders to shippers. You need to offer a fee quote to several external drivers, if the driver agrees, then you can choose from these drivers.

Based on the Moda Hub SLA, the payment disbursement process will be carried out within 7 working days

To invite internal drivers in the Moda Hub, you can access Menu > My Driver > Add then enter the driver's personal data in the form of full name, phone number, and email (optional).

If the vehicle provided does not match the vehicle in the order details, you need to contact the admin for further processing.

The income you get as an external driver will adjust to the offerings provided by the transporter.

You can withdraw your money by transferring through the registered bank account.
